As a juror, YOU decide the outcome of the case. If you decide someone is innocent, then they will be. For example, I would never put someone away for what may technically be considered a crime, but I felt was morally and ethically correct. If more of our judges were less concerned about the letter of the law and do their best to focus instead on "justice", we'd all be better off.
