Now that the congratulations are out of the way, I do have a small suggestion. Actually a large one. Anyone who uses your plugin with the WYSIWYG editor will find that all <jtag something=”somethingelse” /> tags are converted into opening and closing tags — like <jtag something=”somethingelse”></jtag>. This only happens when you EDIT the post; the first time you insert it and submit, it works fine. Then when you re-open the post for editing, the WSYIWYG editor converts it and you get the dreaded “Note to Author: Close your quotes. Your post is currently broken” error you put into the code.

Would you mind terribly revising the code so that it can detect and deal with the <jtag></jtag> version of the code just as well as the <jtag /> version? There’s a lot I can’t do unless this is done. Otherwise, great plugin and thank you!
