Here I have collected my personal plugins, templates, and modifications for Wordpress that I use on my pages. It's easy to see that many of the problems I've had others have had as well, but the support forums are often empty leaving a post with no answer in site for months or years. Therefore, I had to come up with my own solutions.
Now that I've finally found the answer, I figure I'll share it with others who are having no luck finding it themselves.
